Writing this on the 16th of March but all this work was done yesterday (15th of March), but I only finished working on it at 12 am, so was too tired to create a devlog.

Changes that were made/added:

  • Made it so if the patient died while sitting down on furniture they would jump off before dying.
  • Added an extra patient each level to increase difficulty.
  • Added a "Doing Something" timer for the player, so that helping patients is a bit more interesting.


  • Added Ghosts! The plan for these is to increase the difficulty if you let patients die. They will wander around where they died, but if you come into contact with them they will slow you down drastically.
